- Let's meet. From your first phone call and initial discussions, we will discuss your brief, budget and consider important aspects of the project. Allow 2 to 3 hours for the consultation.
- Design Concept. Clients often have their own plans and we are happy to work to the plan specifications. We can recommend reputable local architects if you need plans drawn up. Given our long experience we can successfully guide you through the process.
- Approvals. McGregor Building Contractors handle the relevant specs and required building approvals. We 100% comply with all regulatory building codes.
- Material Selection. We build to lockup stage choosing to use quality materials from our suppliers. If you are looking for local interior designers, we have several on our books we highly recommend.
- Let's Build. We prefer regular communication and schedule weekly meetings so you know exactly at what stage your build project is at. We do our best to get your construction completed with the minimum of interruption to your lives.
- Handover. Where relevant, we hand over the complete package of documents which includes warranties, certificates and authority approvals relevant to the project.
